2. What kind of products you have?

We produce 925 sterling silver and brass jewelry in a variety of designs including bracelets, rings, pendants, earrings, necklaces, bangles with semi-precious gemstones, synthetic stone, and cubicles zircon, as well as fashion silver brooch. Fine finish with silver, rhodium, or gold plated and rose gold plating.

3. Do you have a showroom? How can we go to your factory?

We have a showroom in Zhuhai and a store in Guangzhou. It is convenient to visit our factory, by plant, ship or subway, etc. Get off at the end of the station, then we can pick you up.

4. Can you do custom design products?

Customer designs are welcome! And we will keep the design only for you.

5. Can I have my own logo on the jewelry?

Sure, we have a laser machine that can stamp letters and logos on the jewelry.

6. How to place an order?

1. You choose the jewelry you like on our website or catalogs.

2. We quote you a price list according to your selection.

3. You confirm the details of the jewelry you finally want to order.

4. We working on a PI.

5. You confirm the PI and transfer the deposit.

6. We start to produce the jewelry after receiving the deposit.

7.You pay the balance before the shipment.

8.We ship you the goods after receiving the balance.

9. You receive the goods and give us some feedback about the jewelry, then we can keep to give you the best service.

PS: if you want to do your own jewelry design, we can make it and keep it only for you.

7. What's the delivery time for the orders?

The delivery time is according to the quantity and jewelry designs. Usually, the sample order is 5-7 days, bulk order is 30-45 days.

8. How do I inspect my goods?

we have strict regulations for the inspection in the factory to meet the best quality.
You can inspect by visiting the factory in person, or ask a third party for inspection, or just by picture inspection.

9. I received the item is broken, what should I do?

Every item before shipping is well inspected, though we packed well, it still can't be avoided because of rough handling by shipping workers. In this case, We can help you to repair it for free.
